Boca Terrace - Phase 1

Asphalt Paving and Thermoplastic Pavement Marking Project completed at Boca Terrace – Phase 1.

Phase 1 of the Boca Terrace pavement rehabilitation project focused on restoring the property's roadway infrastructure through professional asphalt milling and paving. The existing pavement was carefully milled to remove deteriorated asphalt and prepare a stable surface for resurfacing. A new hot-mix asphalt layer was then installed to create a smooth, durable, and long-lasting driving surface. This phase improves ride quality, enhances the overall appearance of the community, extends pavement service life, and provides a solid foundation for the remaining improvements planned in future phases, including pavement markings and final site enhancements.
