La Palma

The La Palma project involved a complete parking lot upgrade, combining asphalt milling, paving, layout design, and striping to improve both functionality and appearance. The process began with milling the existing surface to remove deterioration and prepare a stable base for new asphalt installation.

A fresh asphalt layer was then installed to create a smooth, durable surface capable of supporting consistent traffic. In addition, a redesigned parking layout was implemented to maximize space efficiency, improve traffic flow, and enhance overall usability. Precision striping completed the project, clearly defining parking spaces, driving lanes, and pedestrian areas. The result is a clean, organized, and long-lasting parking facility that meets modern standards.
